The SA-10 SAM system is a low to high altitude missile system used in a role very similar to the American Patriot system. The SA-10 missile is the largest encountered in the game, with a single hit being more than enough to destroy any aircraft in the game. Although it is the largest and least maneuverable missile in the game, it also has the highest accuracy and ECCM ratings of any threat missile system. This system's biggest weakness is the fact that the single Flap Lid radar system at an SA-10 site is the only vehicle that provides target tracking to the SA-10. Destroy the Flap Lid radar at an SA-10 site and you will be able to safely fly close to the Clam Shell radar and SA-10 SAM launchers without fear of being fired on by one of these huge missiles.
