| The BMP-3 is the newest in a lengthening line of Soviet Infantry Fighting Vehicles. It is armed with a 30mm automatic cannon (very similar to that used in the BMP-2), and a 7.62mm machine gun. The BMP-3 also boasts a 100mm rifled gun that fires fragmented HE rounds or the 100mm AT-10 laser guided anti-tank projectile. |
